When compiling a Valuation Report our Valuers visit each property to capture the relevant data on site which includes all improvements of immovable property such as buildings, walls, pathways, retaining walls, fencing, etc.
This information is recorded within the detailed Valuation Report and a selection of photographs of the property is included.

Plant, Machinery and Equipment
Most often valuations of Plant, Machinery and Equipment incorporate the compilation of an asset register and we therefore present our report in this format which gives a comprehensive representation of all the assets physically verified and captured while on site.
Each individual asset is listed and fully detailed for easy identification and values for each asset are researched thoroughly and the supporting documentation kept on file for future reference in the event of any queries.
